Sport Aerobics is a high-energy fitness activity that blends the best of aerobics, dance, and strength-based movement into one exciting sport. It’s fun, fast, and full of rhythm, making it the perfect way for kids and teens to get active while building confidence and teamwork. Unlike traditional aerobics, Sport Aerobics has evolved into a vibrant competitive and recreational sport that welcomes boys and girls of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re looking to improve fitness, perform with friends, or chase medals on stage, there’s a place for everyone.

 

The sport is growing rapidly across Australia, especially in schools, where its inclusive nature and dynamic routines are capturing the attention of students, teachers, and parents alike.

Sport Aerobics is supported worldwide through the Federation of International Sport Aerobics & Fitness (FISAF), which connects over 28 countries. In Australia, FISAF Australia leads the way by developing the sport, supporting coaches and athletes, and overseeing competitions from grassroots to national level.

MEET YOUR COACH

OLIVIA HENRY

Dance and movement have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. With over 20years of Classical Ballet training and a professional dance career with the Queensland Ballet and Singapore Dance Theatre, I’ve dedicated my life to movement and performance.

​

Alongside Ballet, I’ve trained in Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical and Gymnastics, giving me a broad foundation to share with students of all ages and abilities.As a Sport Aerobics coach, I’ve worked across both the QSA School Stream and Club pathways, helping students discover their strengths, whether they’re trying the sport for the very first time or chasing success at competition level.

n the school environment, I’m passionate about creating classes that are positive, fun, and full of encouragement. My programs are designed to help students believe in themselves, feel inspired, and achieve their best, while also building life skills like teamwork, confidence, and resilience. With a Blue Card, current First Aid Certificate, and formal qualifications, I bring both professionalism and care into every program.

 

Above all, I’m passionate about helping students believe in themselves, feel inspired, and achieve their personal best, both in sport and in life.

 

Our club, BIA Force Sport Aerobics, was created to bring the energy, confidence, and joy of dance and aerobics into schools and the community. BIA takes its name from the Greek goddess of strength, power, and force.
